Training is a fundamental aspect of football management, where the growth and improvement of players directly influence the team's performance and success. Panenka offers two distinct training options, each designed to cater to different strategic needs and resource availability.
Free training is a comprehensive 20-day program that allows managers to improve their players without any direct cost. This option is ideal for teams that may not have an abundance of in-game resources but still wish to steadily enhance their squad's abilities. Over the 20-day period, players can develop various attributes such as speed, strength, tactical awareness, and technical skills, depending on the focus chosen by the manager. This slower pace of training encourages strategic long-term planning and resource management, as managers must balance player development with game schedules and other commitments.
For managers looking to accelerate player development, power training presents a more intensive option. This expedited 10-day training regimen requires the expenditure of in-game $GRINTA tokens, a stable currency within Panenka. By investing $GRINTA tokens, managers can halve the training duration, allowing players to achieve similar improvements in half the time. This option is particularly useful when preparing for important matches, recovering from injuries, or integrating new players into the team rapidly.
The maximum amount of players that can be trained at the same time is 3.
Choosing between free and power training involves strategic considerations. While power training offers a quick boost, it comes at the cost of valuable $GRINTA tokens that could be used elsewhere, such as in scouting or enhancing stadium facilities. Managers must consider their teamβs immediate needs against long-term goals, deciding whether the fast results of power training justify the expense.
Both training options in Panenka are designed to integrate seamlessly with the gameβs tactical and management systems, providing managers with the flexibility to tailor player development according to their teamβs needs and their managerial style. This depth in training options adds a layer of strategy to the game, enriching the managerial experience and offering multiple pathways to success.
In the training center users can send their players on a individual training to improve their skills. Players can be trained in either technical, tactical or physical attributes.
